Aussie Farm-stay Accommodation Tariff

Our little bit of Heaven is priceless, but our Tariff is as follows:

Our rates are quoted in Australian dollars G.S.T. FREE.

Valid until 31st. December, 2011

ROOM RATES:

 Bed & Breakfast: 1 Day: $150.00 per/double Suite/per night.

Long Stay: $120.00 per/night

Single Rate: $99.00 per/night

Including  Breakfast for 2, served in the Dining Room.

Senior's Discount: 10%   Last Minute Discount: 20%.

You may request Soul Use - a Surcharge will apply.

There are good restaurants in Cootamundra, Young and Wombat (10 mins.) 

 But, 

we have a large hooded BBQ beside the pool, under cover that you are welcome to use.

We are fully licensed.  Local Hilltops Cool Climate Wines & others are available here.

 Hertz Car Rental available in Young at the Shell Service Station & Cootamundra at Harvey World Travel.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We request that you supply a credit card number by telephone to secure your booking.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be charged to your credit card.

Payment of deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Final payment is due upon arrival -  The preferred payment option for the balance is Cash or Cheque.

* You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your booked date.  * There will be an administration fee of $50.00.

Your deposit may be transferred to an alternative date.

If your booking is cancelled within 14 days, or you do not arrive, your credit card will be charged the full cost of the booking,
unless re-booked.  In the unlikely event that the room is re-booked, there will be only an administration fee of $50.00.

*All breakages and damage must be paid for and will be charged to your credit card.

* Bookings may not be shortened or cancelled after arrival.
